LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, dining area, gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. Upstairs third bedroom has a bunk bed and double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless appliances, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots/pans, crock pot, rice cooker, spices and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy fireplace. Laundry area with washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Community swimming pools, Spa, tennis courts, and basketball hoop.

PARKING - 3 parking spaces/community parking, no boat trailer parking

The Lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.

Pools and Jacuzzis are seasonal and only open during certain times of the year.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
