ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has two double beds. Upstairs fourth bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed, twin trundle bed, and private bathroom. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, Roku, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large back deck with gas barbecue. 

PARKING - 2 car driveway, 1 car garage

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 11 people (10 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

Checking in at the office was super easy and the young lady was very nice and efficient. They have a number you can text with questions which was great! I would receive a text back very quickly and gave me the best info I needed. We had the best time! I will definitely use Cool Cabins again!
