Bear Claw Cabin is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear on a quiet street and close to the lake. Modern aesthetics meet mountain charm in this gorgeous two-story home equipped with everything you need for the perfect getaway! 

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1800+ sq ft home with living room, game room, ceiling fans, vaulted ceilings, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. Remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and remodeled bathroom. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed and deck. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private bath. Downstairs third bedroom has bunk beds. Downstairs bonus room has a king bed and TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Remodeled kitchen, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with foosball, bumper pool, and table top arcade with over 60 games! Board games and card games. Cable TV, Roku with streaming apps along with fast WiFi.. A wide selection of DVDs are available. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, front and back deck, seating, and propane barbecue. Enjoy the fenced yard!

PARKING - 3 car driveway. Garage has 220 Volt outlet for electric vehicles. 

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

Great cabin and perfect for a guys weekend. Close to the city so we could walk and also close to the water for fishing. Highly recommend.

We are so happy to have found Big Bear Cool Cabins! The website was very easy to navigate and had a great variety of rental options for groups and budgets of all sizes. The process to rent a cabin was very easy and check-in at the office in Big Bear was very easy as well. Our cabin was wonderful! We had one question about the washer/dryer and the people in the office were very responsive. We have recommended Big Bear Cool Cabins to all of our family and friends and will definitely use them again for our next trip to the mountains!

Cool Cabins made check in super easy. We had a problem with the spa which ended being our fault and they came immediately. The cabin we stayed at was centrally located which made it super convenient. There was a big hill out back that would be great in the winter but the kids still were able to go sledding on their boogie boards on the dirt. The house was stocked with paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags and had enough kitchen supplies. The game room was fun for the kids and they all slept together in the downstairs bed. I would recommend this cabin!

We have booked with cool cabins in the future and everything is always so easy. From the beginning, they answered all my emails regarding questions about the cabin before I booked, after I booked and texted while I was there. Bear Claw was a great cabin for us. It had everything we wanted, a 5 minute walk to the lake, a yard for the kids to explore, Jacuzzi to unwind at night and a great game room. We will definitely book this one again.
