Bear n’ Tree is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to the lake, village, restaurants and boutiques. Come enjoy this cozy cabin equipped with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. 

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 900+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed and TV. Second bedroom has a double bed and twin bed. Third bedroom has a double bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Direct TV, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Barbecue and outdoor seating. Enjoy the large front, back decks and fenced yard. 

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed

Was clean and in a quite area.the rooms were spacious and warm for the climate. The cabin is located close to the main shopping area but not to wear it disrupts your vacation.

"Big Bear Cool Cabins was so friendly"

Big Bear Cool Cabins was so friendly and easy to use. I emailed the company when I had trouble with the website and they responded quickly and thoroughly. Our check-in was quick and easy. The cabin we rented was cute and cozy. A little dated but had beds to sleep, in a fireplace, heater, a working bathroom, and nice poarch seating which was all we really needed. Big Bear Cool Cabins even supplied our cabin with new paper towels, trash bags, and soap which was a little added bonus from staying at VRBO's. We would definitely recommend using Big Bear Cool Cabins and we will be using them again, hopefully soon!

"A Great Stay! "

We had a great family vacation staying at Bear 'n Tree Cabin. The cabin was clean and cozy. It was in a great neighborhood we were able to walk around. You could walk to lake or village (about a mile) but we decided to drive and it was super convenient. The cabin had a cute backyard where our son was able to play and explore. I would definitely reccommend staying at Bear 'n Tree Cabin and hope to return soon.

"Nice comfy house"

The house has a good space for our party (4 adults & 2 kids) and it's clean. Kitchen is complete with all the utensils, pans, etc that you need. Heating only covers 1st floor - living room and kitchen. But they have 2 space heaters that you can bring up to the two room upstairs. It also has nice den, but you need another heater for that room. The heater broke down when we were there, it took time for the maintenance guy to arrive, maybe due to snow storm, but anyway, it got fixed after sending the 2nd guy. Overall, we have a pleasant experience and we will consider this place again on our next winter vacation!
