Perfect for families! Near the National Forest on a cul-de-sac, situated on a secluded lot, and within walking distance to the Village. This spacious home is centrally located in Big Bear Lake. During Winter Months, guests will need chains/cables to get to the home or a 4-wheel drive vehicle, as it is partially unpaved.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2400+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, and decks with forest views. Massive great room for entertaining, as well as an incredible family/game room with a wet bar.

ROOMS & BEDS - Entry level master bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD player, fireplace and jet tub. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, trundle, and TV. 

KITCHEN - Beautiful natural wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, six burner stove, double oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, darts, and wet bar! Board games and card games. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer. An Allergy & Asthma air filter purifier and central air humidifier is used in the whole cabin. Air circulation through the HVAC system traps up to 99% of airborne allergy and asthma triggers as they pass through the MERV 16 filter including dust, pollen, mold spores, bacteria, pet dander, dust mites, viruses, and the airborne particulates associated with tobacco smoke and smog.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub and gas barbecue overlooking beautiful forest views.

PARKING - 4 car driveway

Minimum renter age 26
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 12 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed, no exceptions
Check in earlier than 10 am is not allowed
Check out later than 1 pm is not allowed
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

Additional charges:
Check in between 10am-12pm $200 fee
Check in between 12pm-3:30pm $100 fee
Check out between 12pm-1pm $100 fee
No check out after 1pm allowed. If after 1:15pm you will be charged for full days rate with no exceptions.

Great place for group of friends. It has a great hot tub and game room filled with everything you need ! Large dinner table to fit everyone and each of the 4 bedrooms are spacious. Check in was easy through outside management company who are quick to respond. The cabin is a perfectly located between town and the mountains so easy to get to both. The only thing I would recommend would be to bring some additional towels with you. Towels were limited between using them for showers and for the hot tub. I will definitely be keeping this rental on our list of favorites and would love to come back ! All of us had nothing but great things to say about our stay here!
