Description

Ben’s Cool Cabin is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to The Village, shops, restaurants, and more! This gorgeous mountain home comes equipped with everything you need for the perfect getaway!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, family room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a double bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Family room with mountain views. Direct TV with Netflix along with fast Wifi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Front upper deck with gas barbecue. Walk to the Village and just minutes to ski slopes, golf, lake, zoo, shops, restaurants, and more.

PARKING - 3 vehicle driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

"Very cozy cabin"

My family and I loved our stay. The decor reminded me of how my dad would have done it. It had all the amenities. And there were even small slopes around so that my son could sled on. It was wonderful! Exactly as the owner describes. The only thing that I would tell future guests is to be very careful on the stairs when they freeze over....can be very slippery. also the driveway is pretty long so be sure to have your chains on when backing out. Otherwise a very memorable and enjoyable experience to bring in 2017 (Stayed over the New Year)! Thank you Ben! Well worth the price!

"Nice and cozy cabin"

The owner is very nice, answered my questions promptly The cabin was decorated beautifully, very kids friendly Central heating works well, downstairs bedrooms a little cold, but there are plenty of blankets and whatever you need to keep warm. One of the full size beds was too short for taller adult:) mattress little too soft. Hope it can be improved. Full kitchen with plenty of supplies, it would be great if there are a couple of more dining chairs. Bathrooms have plenty of towels and supplies, and heating fan, super good! Overall we had a great time!

This is the second time we’ve used this cabin and loved it! We always have a blast here and the cabin is super cozy. And we came at a good time, we got to experience a little snowstorm. It was absolutely beautiful! Will definitely stay here again in the future.
