Great location with lots of tall pine trees on this corner lot. Located in a beautiful and quiet area of Big Bear. Just a short drive to the ski resorts, the Big Bear Village and lake. Close to National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fan, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Front and back deck, patio table with chairs, umbrella, and gas barbecue.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. 
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)  
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

Nice little cabin that made good use of the space. It was clean, and Cool Cabins was proactive and helpful. Loved the small hidden neighborhood and the full time resident neighbors were very friendly.

This cabin was very accurate and a bit more than I expected! The host was very responsive and their were a lot of thoughtful things in the cabin to make our experience easier! All essentials including laundry detergent, tons of cookware and anything you would need to cook..spices and all!, plenty of extra bedding, and tidy and clean. I would recommend this cabin for sure! :)

Very cozy cabin! All the necessary kitchen utensils were there for cooking and the bbq was clean with a full tank of propane. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. Checking in and out was a breeze. Loved it!
