ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a double bed, TV, private bath with wheelchair accessible shower, and deck access. Second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Beautiful granite countertops and updated cabinetry, stove with oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace!

OUTDOORS - Relax in the hot tub under gorgeous, shaded decks at the back of the home, or watch the kids playing a round of mini golf in the front yard! Comfy patio furniture and a gas barbecue for your grilling needs. This property offers a fenced yard. 

PARKING - 2 car driveway.

Minimum renter age: 21
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. 
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
