Welcome to Cubs Cabin, a classic two-story log cabin located in the desired Fox Farm area of Big Bear. With plenty of trees and natural landscaping on a large lot, this cabin provides a peaceful retreat for your Big Bear vacation. Just a short drive to The Village, ski slopes, marinas, parks, and much more.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fan, dining table, beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed with a trundle, and a smart TV. The upstairs third bedroom has 2 twin beds, bunk bed, and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming apps and cable, along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large covered front deck with gas barbecue.

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
