COZY AND AFFORDABLE!

Experience Big Bear at this charming cabin with a warm, welcoming feel. Located in the North side of Big Bear City, steps away from the beautiful outdoor trails and just a short drive to the lake, Village, Convention Center, and National Forest hiking trails. This cabin has older furnishings and decor, and is a rental intended for those who are fine with a more rustic, older home.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, twin/twin bunk bed, and balcony. Third bedroom/guest room detached from the main house has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spice rack, and more.

AMENITIES - Cable TVs, along with fast WiFi, board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Gas barbecue and picnic table. Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the upper balcony or spacious backyard.

PARKING - 2 car driveway.

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
