ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a king bed and TV. Second bedroom has a queen/queen bunk bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Newly remodeled game room in garage with arcade games, foosball table, and pool table!  Board games and card games. Smart TV with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - New hot tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the large back deck! 

PARKING - 1 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)

My bf, our pup and I really enjoyed our stay, we had a blast in the game room!! The top deck with jacuzzi was nice where we enjoyed our morning coffee, we didn’t get to use the jacuzzi this weekend (not enough time in the day lol) but that just means we’ll have to come back to try it out :) Cabin is just a short walk from the village and lake. Everything was clean, the king size bed was comfortable and the cabin had just about everything you might need for your stay! Will definitely be back soon! :)

This cabin was perfect for my husband and I. We had so much fun playing pool and fun video games in the game room while watching the big screen. It would be great for a family with kids too! Really enjoyed the deck with bbq and it was a great location. We can’t wait to go back!

This cabin was the perfect place for a couples get away. The outdoor deck was great for grilling and gazing at the stars at night with the spa ready to enjoy. The game room was the icing on the cake- so fun with the smart tv too so we could watch the football games while playing pool. We will definitely be back to this special place this winter!

The property is better than the photos posted! Kitchen, washer/dryer, bonus guest house-AMAZING. By far, the best cabin we've stayed in in Big Bear! Within walking distance to the lake and all the little restaurants. The game room was used for hours on end by our 5 and 9 year olds. They forgot all about the laptops they brought in order to play Roblox. My husband and I had many basketball and foosball challenges. We will definitely stay again!

The kids loved the game room. All the games actually worked! The property layout is a little weird, but we all liked it. The guest house is out the back game room door and over the deck so our teenage girls had "their own place" while our younger ones stayed inside. The kitchen is a little cramped, and the shower curtain is too long, but the rest of the cabin and huge yard more than compensated. We will definitely be bringing the family back up here!!

We had an unbelievable stay at this cabin this winter. The lot is great for making your own snow play area. The game room is great for both kids and adults. The dining area makes a nice card and drinking table. LOVE this location — close to skiing and also close to the lake. We’ll be back in the summer!!!

A perfect Easter weekend at Evergreen Paradise. Super convenient. Easy check-in and check out. Super clean, although no dishwasher. Most important all games, wiFi, and gas BBQ were in working order! My favorite stay in Big Bear.

"Best Vacation Ever!! "

Best vacation ever! The minute we opened the door, my kids screamed with excitement! Super cute and cozy with all the cabin feels. The game room was full of nostalgia with all of your classic games like Pac-man & Star Wars, something for the golf lovers, and of course, a full size pool table. We ended up watching the Super Bowl while in the game room(TV in there as well). We were lucky to have snow that weekend and didn't even have to leave the property to sled and snow play as the backyard was perfect for that. The cabin is conveniently located near the main road and minutes from dinning and grocery stores, which was super helpful, especially when its snowing and you don't want to venture out far. The cabin was very clean with lots of extra towels, bedding, and even throw blankets to cuddle up on the couch with. There is a heater unit to maintain warmth during the cold nights and a wood burning fireplace if you need an extra boost of warmth. There was Wifi and TV's set up all throughout the house, perfect for anyone working remotely and needing good internet. Can't say enough good things about our stay, you know it was a fun time when your kids cry because it's time to leave, and the adults are already planning their second stay! 5 stars all the way!!

Great cabin for families and kids. Beds were comfortable and warm. Wood burning fireplace worked great. Game room was perfect for the kids. Back tiny house was perfect for the teenagers. We definitely will be back. Good times and wonderful memories for our family.
