HOT TUB CABIN IN CENTRAL LOCATION!

This beautifully updated Gambrel style cabin is ready for your next mountain getaway. Two-story cabin with multiple decks and modern flair! Nearby the lake, Holloway's Marina, Alpine Slide and the Village. Just a short drive to the ski resorts, zoo, golf course, Snow Play and more! Perfect for families and small groups of friends!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200 sq ft home with living room, a ceiling fan, dining table, a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed and balcony. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin/double bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including stove/oven, double door refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the gas fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy one of the three decks and a large, fenced yard.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)

The house has a great energy. I felt immediately at home and was sad to leave. Clean. Decorated super cute. We had everything we needed to cook and play games. Plenty of room for family of 6. We came during winter to ski. Really warm with cozy fire every night. The jacuzzi was amazing for apres ski! I would stay here every time I could. Quick drive to village and slopes.

It was a perfect getaway with a great and helpful staff. The only thing I thought was negative is we had to go to a trash site 2 miles away to dump garbage but that was not a bad reflection on cool cabins but a bad mark on local politics.

This cabin has a great location cause it is close to the check in office, slopes, and even a tubing area. It's very clean and spacious. The hot tub was great! We had a lot of fun in the cabin.

Our Family stayed here over the Christmas Holiday. It was absolutely perfect! All upgraded with a brand new kitchen (appliances included), bathrooms and bedrooms. There was more than enough room for our family of four, we actually had beds to spare. The living room is spacious yet very cozy with a big fireplace. There were plenty of extra towels, bedding and everything in a kitchen that you could want or need. The location is great! You are right next to town, Alpine slides are down the street and we were minutes to the slopes. Would highly recommend this place for your next stay in Big Bear. We will be coming back !

Above and beyond my expectations! My family and I had an amazing time. The cabin was gorgeous and the location was so convenient! We were just a short walk from the lake and very close to Downtown. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.
