Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to Snow Summit and Lake. This cabin is priced as one of our lowest, for those who want a getaway but want to spend less.  It has older furnishings and décor, and is a rental intended for those who are fine with a more rustic, older home.  

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1900+ sq ft home with two living room, dining area, two wood burning fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a double bed, TV, and deck. Downstairs fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. 

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENETIES - Enjoy a game of bumper pool in the family room with TV, and wet bar. 3 TVs with WiFi. Board and card games. Washer dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Upper wrap around deck with a charcoal barbecue and patio furniture.

PARKING - 4 car driveway 

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

Stayed with Big Bear Cool Cabins for 2 nights! The best spot if you love to maximize your time with snow summit! Snow summit is walking distance. Customer support is 5 star! next family visit will definitely stay with cool cabins again!
