LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1390+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful brick wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a trundle bed. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Arcade machine and mini pool table! Board games and card games. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Fenced front yard and large back deck with patio furniture and gas barbecue. 

PARKING - 3 car driveway 

Other things to note:
Minimum renter age: 25
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)  
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Big Bear during Thanksgiving. The cabin we rented was perfect. I have rented in Big Bear before and am always appreciate dealing with Cool Cabins Management. Hope to come back soon.
