LIVING SPACE - Spacious 800+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fan, dining table, bar seating, beautiful stone wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, new appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Pac Man arcade game with many games included. Smart TV and streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the private back deck with a picnic table, gas barbecue, and beautiful forest views.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed

This cabin stay was are best yet. Out of all the times we stay up in big bear your cabin was the Cleanest, Roomy, felt like home. We will be returning to Cool Cabins from now on. Thanks for the great stay.

"Peaceful cabin in the woods"

We loved our stay. The cabin had all the amenities we needed plus a PacMan machine in the second bedroom! Location was amazing - close to the village but far enough away that it was perfectly peaceful and quiet. The deck was lovely to sit out outside and have coffee in the morning.
