Description

Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear walking distance to Bear Mountain Ski Resort and just a short drive to the lake, Village, and National Forest hiking trails. This charming cabin comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway! 

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,300+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, island with counter seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed and balcony. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed with Sealy Posturepedic mattress and twin bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a double bed and twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming apps, cable, and DVD player along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax by the cozy wood burning fireplace. Enjoy the convenience of an onsite portable crib (must provide your own pack-and-play sized crib sheets), highchair, and laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large back deck with hot tub, propane barbecue, picnic table/benches, and fully gated front and back decks with security lights. Walk to the golf course, nearby hiking, and biking.

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)  
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

"Would definitely stay here again!"

Great location that is an easy walk to Big Bear Mtn (Snow Summit would be an easy drive). Perfect space for 2 families. The common area was big enough that we could all hang out at night.

"Such a cute and spacious cabin"

Super close to Bear Mountain. We could have even walked there! Loved how there's a fireplace and a cute deck. We had a party of 3 couples so the 3 rooms were perfect. Host was very quick with responses whenever I had questions. We totally utilized the 1 free snowboard package (yes, it's a package!)
