LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2200+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, wet bar, two beautiful river rock wood burning fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, fireplace, smart TV, private bath with jet tub, and deck. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. Third bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. Fourth bedroom has a double/double bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove (no oven), portable oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table, ping pong table, basketball arcade, and arcade machine. Board games and card games. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Keep yourself warm by the cozy wood burning fireplaces.

OUTDOORS - Spacious front porch, and a large back deck with NEW hot tub and propane barbecue.

PARKING - 4 car driveway 

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Minimum renter age: 21
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)  
Check in after 4 pm

This is a beautiful cabin and we had a great time. The game room is in the garage and a little cold but they did leave 2 new space heaters. The bunk bed is double wide. The rooms were clean and spacious. Yards and decks were beautiful. Kitchen had all new appliances and accessories. What an unexpected treat that they decorated for Christmas complete with a beautiful tree.

Definitely I’m gonna come back to Big Bear and rent a cabin with Big Bear Cool Cabins. The cabin was beautiful , clean and the process to rental was so easy. Thanks BBCC

"Great Cabin With Lots Of Entertainment"

This cabin is great for a big family or big group. There’s a lot of games that a family can play in the garage and the location is ideal and close to places you’d want to visit while staying in Big Bear. Would definitely stay here again next time my family and I go back to Big Bear.
