LAKEFRONT CONDO IN PRIME LOCATION!

This cozy downstairs unit is right on the shore of the lake, with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the water. Centrally located in the heart of Big Bear. Take a short walk to the Village and enjoy the local shops and restaurants. Just a short drive to the slopes, Alpine Zoo, National Forest hiking trails, and other activities Big Bear has to offer. 

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Cable TV, along with fast WiFi and a DVD player. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.  Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS -  Large yard has a picnic table and swing for the family. Enjoy the spacious deck with patio furniture and a gas barbecue.

PARKING - 2 car driveway.

The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)  
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

"Best Mothers Day Weekend"

This Lake front cabin was wonderful. The view is so tranquil and beautiful. Fully stocked with all the necessities and did I mention so clean. The beds are very comfortable and received very restful nights sleep. We loved the short walk to the village. Our favorite memories were sitting out by the lake with a good book and glass of wine. Did I mention this is a great unit for pets. We will be back!

Pleasantly surprised by this cute place. It's quite spacious and has everything. The view of the lake is unbeatable. The Village is just a walk across the street, so finding food is easy. It's tucked away so very quiet at night. I would definitely go back again.

Beautiful location on big bear lake just a five minute walk from Big Bear Village. Condo has a large patio with plenty of sitting and a gas bbq. Plus a huge shared yard with several sitting area. Beautiful view. Very peaceful. House is comfortable. We were two adults and two teenage girls but you can sleep 7 comfortably as listed. I didn’t give it a five star because kitchen needs new appliances. Front of oven is shattered. Some glass remains and it would be a hazard for young children. You can’t use oven. Fridge is missing shelves. Half of the light bulbs need replacing in bathroom. Other than some maintenance issues, we still highly recommend this property.

Very nice cabin. Everything inside is clean. Beds were very comfortable. View is amazing. 2 minute walk to marina. It has its own dock but weeds in the water make fishing off the dock difficult. I hope to return to this cabin yearly.

Had a fantastic time at this cabin. Although we didn’t bring our dog, it’s great to know it is pet friendly for future stays. I woke up each morning and drank my coffee on the walk out and watched the sun rise. It was awesome! Walking distance to the marina made it an even better stay. Went fishing both days we were there. Would definitely stay again!

With all of the euphemistic names of cabins in big bear, we’ve been fooled before by cabins that claim to be on the lake, but in reality are far from it. The Lakefront Cottage is just that; it’s right on the shore of the lake, with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the lake. There are absolutely no cabins or structures between you and the lake. What’s even better is that we were allowed to bring our dog with us on vacation! Now, one might think that a cabin that allows dogs is going to be dirty; but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The Lakefront Cottage is not only lovely, but immaculate as well. The central location made it ideal for walking access to the village and the marina. Rest assured, we will be back!

The cabin was totally cool. The barbecue worked really well. The kitchen was nice the bedrooms were nice. Hard to get a cold beer in that refrigerator though. I think it's the altitude. The view is outstanding. And you can walk into town. We can walk our lab right into the water. And she could play with her ball all day

I had an amazing family trip this weekend! Cool cabins went above and beyond to ensure my trip was perfect. Maria, especially, stayed in contact nonstop and did everything to make this trip great! We were very pleased with the front view and the location to walk to The Village .Place was neat and clean. Cool Cabins staff were real friendly, and helpful to accommate us with a choice of this Lakefront cottage since our cabin was not ready for us and the road work was one big challenge for us.!!!!!!... thanks

the house was beautiful clean and the view of the lake breath taking. it snowed thr last day we were their . we found the bowling alley and shops are walking distance as well ..will be going back for sure the kids loved it.

Place was cute and cozy however please fix the fireplace or get the chimney swept. When we walked in it had a very strong odor of fireplace smoke. I get it were in a cabin but this was a little to much so we opened the doors and aired out the place for a few minutes. No biggie, however after going into town and picking up a few bundles of firewood we came back and when we tried to get it going we realized it's the chimney. Only way to keep the smoke from coming back into the room is to crack the door and create a vacuum effect. This got old real quick as the cold air outside was keeping the room chilly. Again cute cozy place. Kids loved it

This is are second time at this cabin with are family we chose to stay at LakeFront Cottage because we made great memories.The cabin is comfortable lots of space. A wonderful fireplace kitchen was great with all kitchen accessories and lots of windows for light. The bedrooms are very clean and the mattress are the best to sleep in. It comes with a washer and dryer was very convenient.Lakefront cottage is also a walking distance from the village very awesome place to go visit also close to grocery stores. This is the best cabin that we have enjoyed and will definitely always be are number one cabin to go to Big Bear. Thank you Lakefront Cottage for the best memories.
