Lakefront Viking Oasis is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear steps to the lake and just a short drive to the slopes, Village, and more. Close to National Forest hiking trails. 

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1800+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, beautiful gas/wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and bath. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available. 

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, center island, six burner stove with oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Balcony with views of the lake, tennis court, indoor community pool and Jacuzzi. 

PARKING - 2 car driveway, no boat/trailer parking

As this unit is in a private condo complex, maximum occupancy is enforced. 

The Lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pool key deposit: $50
No pets allowed
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

Great place! My family and I really enjoyed the condo. We really enjoyed the full kitchen and plenty of space to hang out. I only wish we had fishing access since we were right next to the water. We will be renting from BB Cool Cabins from now on. The rental process was simple and fast. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Thank you!
