The Lingard Lodge  is perfect for everyone. Located close to the ski resorts, lake, shops and restaurants.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1048+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs Master bedroom has a queen bed, bath and deck. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and bath. Third bedroom downstairs queen bed, two twin beds, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax by the cozy wood burning fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Deck with barbecue perfect place for family to hang out and play!

PARKING - 2 car driveway 

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Parking for 2 vehicles
No smoking
No pets allowed
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

I and 3 girls visited here on halloween for road trip. We stayed in Lingard lodge which was cozy and very clean. Every stuffs were already prepared so we could make unforgettable memories. We had a little trouble to start fire on bbq grills since nobody has that experience before lol. I texted and asked help to office tho it was not office hour. In 30 mins, they sent a friendly member of maintenance to assist. I've got impressed how fast office responded to my inquiry. 24 hrs caring means they are professional. Way to check out is so easy and convenient, we saved time. Thank you for offering and all services!

Great space for 3 sets of couples as they will each have their own bedroom. Both bathrooms are in bedrooms so one couple will have to continuously go into one of the other rooms
