Description

Beautiful log cabin style home. Located in the forested neighborhood of Sugarloaf, you'll find relaxation among the trees at this traditional mountain home. 

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1400+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a gorgeous river rock gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs bedroom one has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs third bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a sleeper soda. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Enjoy the Sony PS3, and a foosball coffee table! Board games and card games. TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large wrap around deck with gas barbecue. Large backyard with views of the pine trees and a small dog run.

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 7 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)
