ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, bonus room, 4 bath. Downstairs master suite has a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, sitting area, and private bath with jet tub. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, smart TV, fireplace, sitting area, and private bath with jet tub. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds and smart TV. Upstairs bonus room has a twin/double bunk bed with trundle. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Family room with pool table and foosball. Board games and card games. Smart TVs with streaming apps and complimentary Wi-Fi. Relax in the jetted tubs or near the cozy wood burning fireplaces. Washer/dryer available. 

OUTDOORS - Wrap around deck with patio table and gas barbecue. Large fully fenced backyard with children's play set, includes a slide and swings.

Minimum renting age is 21
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
