Quiet family cabin in Sugarloaf surrounded by nature. Just a short drive to local hot spots like Kallan's Bar and Grill, the Village, lake, and the slopes. Close to National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1600+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, 2 beautiful wood burning fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. Fourth bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Cozy up by one of the two fireplaces while reading a book or enjoying a cup of hot chocolate.

OUTDOORS - Front deck and balcony with a fenced yard. 

PARKING - 4 car driveway

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. 
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (2 small dogs only)  
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)
