LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed and twin/twin bunk bed. Game room has a queen/twin bunk bed, TV, and DVD player. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table and darts. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax near one of the cozy fireplaces. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, outdoor seating, natural gas barbecue, and fireplace. Enjoy the spacious deck or large, fully fenced backyard! 

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee: $30 per pet per night (dogs only)

The website is easy to use, there are a great many choices. Most important is the good detail on the website, including information for those of us who sometimes travel with our dogs. They were responsive both on the messaging and on the phone.

The cabin was great! There was a city wide power outage shortly after arrival which made it difficult but overall the stay was wonderful. I forgot a fairly expensive item in the cabin and realized once we returned home. Big bear cool cabins offered to mail back or for me to pick it. I was happy to return to pick it and grateful that it was found.

Great cabin with a lot amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small issue with the jacuzzi but we called the office and the technician was out there really fast and fixed the issue. This was our 2nd time using cool cabins and were happy both times

We had a fantastic time in this home. The upstairs deck was particularly nice with the outdoor fireplace and hot tub. House was cool despite the really warm weather due to all the windows. Definitely recommend!!!
