LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2900+ sq ft cabin featuring an open dining room with vaulted ceilings, double-sided fireplace,
and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 6 bedroom, 3 bath. The downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private bath with a large soaking tub and shower. The downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. The downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs fourth bedroom has a twin bed, double/double bunkbed and TV. The upstairs fifth bedroom has a twin bed, double/double bunkbed and TV. Lastly, the upstairs sixth bedroom has two twin beds.

KITCHEN - Prepare meals with ease in the fully upgraded kitchen. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, six burner stove, double oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 15 people (14 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
