LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2570+ sq ft home with cathedral exposed beam ceilings in the living room, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, sitting area, electric fireplace, smart TV, and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. Downstairs fifth bedroom has a twin bed with trundle. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig and regular coffee maker, air fryer, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Family room with pool table and arcade machine! Board games and card games. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi. Relax by the cozy gas log fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Spacious backyard with patio furniture and gas barbecue. Enjoy the large and fully fenced backyard!

PARKING - 5-car driveway, 2 driveways, one in front of the garage and one in front of the RV.

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
No pets allowed
Pet fee: $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

"Great yard & Clean"

We stayed at (Mountain Bearanese) name of cabin. Check in was easy! Cabin was very clean and welcoming and sooo cozy! Close to village and alpine slides. We had a blast! Thank you Cool Cabins seee you soon.

It was an amazing Cabin. When you walked in you were able to smell how clean it was. Nothing was missing here fully equipped in all general. Will definitely book again.
