KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table and ping pong table. Board games and card games. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi. Keep yourself warm by the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
