Newly remodeled and ready for your Big Bear getaway! Enjoy the peek-a-boo views of the lake from the front porch of this adorable cabin. Walking distance to the lake, The Village, and Meadow Park. Just a short drive to the slopes, the Convention Center, Snow Play, and more! The perfect family cabin for all seasons!

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful electric fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private bath. Second bedroom has a double bed. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, and an arcade table. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy electric fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Outdoor furniture, picnic table, gas firepit, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the illuminated large backyard and fenced yard with string lights! Outdoor activities include Jumbo Connect 4.

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)  
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

I stayed up here last year with my family was perfect for us. The location, and the amenities were great. My kids wouldnt get off the arcade table, but when they did we just ran across the street to the park. Will be back this season.

This place has a perfect location for just about anything you will need. We stayed here for 3 days, 2 nights and the kids didn’t want to leave. The arcade is a great touch and kept them busy. Will definitely be back soon!

"Labor Day Weekend Getaway"

My husband and I, as well as a couple of our teammates, stayed here for a softball tournament that was held right across the street at Meadow Park. Perfect location and perfect size. House comes fully stocked from kitchen supplies to bathroom toiletries. Will definitely book again in the future!

I spent 3 days here at park side cottage and would recommend it to small families. The location is perfect, being across from the park, and lake. There is so much to do, and my Grandkids had a blast. Will definitely come back.
