LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,000+ sq. ft. home with a living room, ceiling fans, a dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a smart TV, and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. The third bedroom has a twin/double bunk bed and a smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs with streaming apps and cable, along with fast Wi-Fi. Keep yourself warm by the cozy fireplace. Laundry area with side by side washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Front deck and fully fenced yard.

PARKING - 3-car driveway

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
