Perfect for couples or small families who want the full Big Bear experience!

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 800+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. First bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the large patio with a gas barbecue and picnic table.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)  
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

Fantastic stay as always!! We only rent with Big Bear Cool Cabins. Cabins are always clean and well stocked with everything to make it feel like a home away from home. Easy check in and departure, and got a little gift for the pup upon check in- which was super cute. We’ll be back soon!!

The check-in process was very easy. We checked in at the main office and they gave us the address for the cabin that we were staying in. We stayed at the Sauer Suite, our cabin was clean and well taken care of. There was plenty of cooking supplies, additional blankets, and games to play there. Overall, it was a good experience and we will definitely be using Big Bear Cool Cabins again if we go up to Big Bear again.
