Large, two-story family cabin located on a quiet street in the beautiful Summit area. Nearby are the Alpine Zoo, National Forest hiking trails, and more. Just a short drive to The Village, lake, marinas, Snow Play, the Convention Center, and more! Perfect for family gatherings and staying entertained year-round!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,700+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs game room has four twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, rice cooker, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table and gas fireplace. Smart TVs with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Enjoy grilling all year round with the provided charcoal barbecue.

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed 
Check in after 4 pm

I really love this cabin, so close to snow summit, just a couple of minutes walk! And so quiet neighborhood.. Good management too! During the staying, something broke.. called them at evening time, and the guy came over next morning, he found the broken part, and fixed it super fast!

We have been renting this particular cabin for the past 20+ years for a Car Show in Big Bear. Even though the car show was cancelled due to Covid a handful of us went up anyway. This is the first year that I have been in charge of the cabin as it was typically taken care of by my father-in-law. Unfortunately he passed earlier this year, so I will be doing all this and working with Cool Cabins moving forward. They were extremely easy to deal with and we were able to check-in when we wanted to since we typically arrive somewhat early. Plan to continue renting the cabin and will recommend Cool Cabins to friends and family!!
