Smo Haus is the perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends or family to get away from city life and detach and refresh. The property appeals to all ages with the sauna, game room, peak a boo slope vies to enjoy while lounging, and so much more!

LIVING SPACE- Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 4 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. Downstairs second master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and access to the second kitchen, deck, and sauna. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs fourth bedroom a twin/twin bunk bed. Loft bedroom has a queen bed and 3 twin beds, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN- Two full kitchens, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Guests will enjoy the game room as it is full of personality and has an old-fashioned mountain cabin atmosphere. Play a round of foosball or enjoy board games and cards. Sit at the bar while sipping a drink and enjoying a movie. The home also includes a cozy wood burning fireplace. Smart TV's with fast WiFi. Washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Private sauna, large deck with patio furniture, and peak a boo view of the Snow Summit slopes. Grill up your favorites on the gas barbecue while you take it all in!

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
