This townhouse is conveniently located right next to Snow Summit Ski Resort. Spend the day on the slopes and come back to a cozy, comfortable home just for you. Just a short drive to the Village, lake, shops, and local restaurants. Close to National Forest hiking trails. Perfect for small families who want to make memories on the Big Bear slopes. 

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful gas/wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, half bath, and deck. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and 2 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Cable TVs, fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy gas/wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Private hot tub and community charcoal barbecues. Enjoy gorgeous views from the front porch or deck.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed
Check in after 4 pm

“Great place to stay! Snow summit is at your doorstep and you are very close to everything in town. Super clean and cozy place with quiet evenings. Sitting in the deck in the hot tub was fantastic with the chilly evening stargazing. Highly recommended!!”
