Just a short drive to the slopes, the Village, marinas, parks, and more.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1100+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and bathroom. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs loft has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Peloton bike, smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture, gas barbecue, and gas fire pit. Enjoy the spacious front deck and large back patio with a fenced yard!

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)
