LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1660+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, 2 beautiful river rock wood burning fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, sitting area, smart TV, wood burning fireplace, and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed and TV. Upstairs third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available. 

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table and smart TV! Board games and card games. Smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Large fully fenced yard with spacious deck  and built in gas barbecue. 

PARKING - 4 car driveway

Minimum renter age: 25
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
