SPACIOUS HOT TUB CABIN!

Gorgeous home in the Eagle Mountain Estates. Huge family room with vaulted wood ceilings and floor to ceiling red brick fireplace. Cozy and homey with ample space for hosting family and friends at any occasion. Nearby the lake, marinas, Alpine Slide and delicious local restaurants. Just a short drive to the Village, ski resorts, golf course, Alpine Zoo, Snow Play and more! 

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2400 sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV and bathroom. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen/double bunk bed. Downstairs fourth bedroom/den has a sleeper sofa, TV and half bathroom. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Cable TVs, along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, patio furniture, gas barbecue, and gas fire pit. Enjoy the spacious back deck and fenced yard!

PARKING - 4 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction..
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

"Great cabin"

The cabin is great, ample and inviting. Great yard for dogs. Staff was very responsive when called with any concerns. I would stay there again.

Beautiful Cabin. My family and I enjoyed it so much that we did not want to leave. It really felt like Home away from Home. We are already to make plans to come again. We would like to rent the same Cabin if possible. Spring or possibly again Next Christmas. Everything was Great!!!!! My Grandchildren thought it was their Best Christmas Ever!!!

A great house. Loved the big living area connected to kitchen. We were there in the winter and the jacuzzi was a nice spot after sledding. The kitchen was well equipped. I found the employees at Cool Cabins very helpful and they responded quickly. supA great time.

The cabin was very cozy. It was clean and very well maintained. It had all the essentials for cooking, and even for family fun (there were many board games). The location is in a very nice neighborhood, among many pine trees that offered an extraordinary view. Still, it was very close to downtown and accessible to all shops in the area.

Great location! Quiet neighborhood, close to lake and shopping centers. Gorgeous home with beautifully wood crafted furniture and cozy decor. The living room and outside space are conducive for spending time with family. During our stay, the weather was unusually hot and the AC left much to be desired. Although I think most of the year, this would be a non-issue. Text messaging service with management company was responsive and helpful. We used it to report an issue with the refrigerator and get an additional propane tank delivered.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. It was beautiful and had everything we need. We happened to come up on a heat wave weekend and the staff was nice enough to even bring extra fans for us. The property was beautiful and had something for everyone and the layout was really nice and open for everyone to have fun. I would definitely stay here again! The Coolest place I have ever been. Exactly the same as described. Before we found this house we had to cancel two others because the pictures and description were far away from reality. This house is just a dream to stay with family. Very very very clean, which was the most important criteria for me. Every single room were furnished with love. You feel the hospitality and the great taste of the owner. GREATLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!
