Description

Nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Sugarloaf, this bright and refreshing cabin is perfect for your Big Bear getaway. Walking distance to local parks, bars and hiking trails. Just a short drive to Snow Play, the Convention Center, ski resorts, the Village, and more! Perfect for families or a small group of friends. 

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 800 sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs second bedroom/loft has a king bed, two queen beds,  a twin bed, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stove/ oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Gas barbecue and picnic table. Enjoy the front deck or spacious fully fenced backyard! Outdoor activities include cornhole.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. 
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

Personally, the fact that I can text any issue or any need is a great way to keep me happy. Not having to navigate through a menu via phone call is such a positive thing that it makes the experience of renting from Cool Cabins a major highlight. once inside the cabin, all instructions in the binder are plain and simple to flow with pictures. "Clean Cozy and Quaint"

Looked just like the pics. Very clean, neighborhood was quiet and safe, good for families. It does have a small backyard for use that it doesn’t mention (added plus). The house has a good layout for families with young or older children. One bedroom is downstairs while the loft area is very fun having FOUR beds (1 of each size, a King, Queen, Full and Twin). I’m a family of four and we all stayed upstairs and had one bed each. Great slumber party. I’d rent here again and recommend it.

Plenty of pillows and warm blankets. Everything we needed to cook breakfast and a nice BBQ to grill on too. Cute Edison bulb lights over the deck to make our dinner outside cozy.
