ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 4 bath. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, smart TV, private bath with tub and shower, and balcony. Upstairs second bedroom has a double bed, smart TV, and private bath. Upstairs third bedroom has a double bed, smart TV, and private bath. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with ping pong table and foosball. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Keep yourself warm by the cozy fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Stunning hot tub, patio furniture, and deck with gas barbecue.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

LOVED our stay with Cool Cabins and hope to return to this exact cabin. The location was fabulous and the place itself was more spacious than the photos showed. The team at Cool Cabins was great too, very communicative and helpful. We will be returning the next time we are in Big Bear

"Great stay with them"

Great stay with them. Check-in was easy, although you had to go to their office rather than do a remote checkin. Staff was super helpful. The fridge was not freezing properly and the ice had melted upon our arrival but they sent maintenance out right away.
