It's also just a couple of minutes from shopping centers and restaurants. Close to National Forest hiking trails. This friendly town has so much to offer from lake activities during the summer or skiing and snowboarding during the winter season. Come stay today and relax on the spacious front porch and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2200+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful custom rock wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. Separate den area upstairs. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, private bath, and deck. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and deck. Upstairs third bedroom has a twin bed with trundle, futon, and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, waffle maker, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with a pool table. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax in the hot tub or near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Back deck with hot tub, patio table and chairs, and gas barbecue. Front porch with porch swing and patio furniture. 

PARKING - 3 car driveway.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
Check in after 4 pm

This was a fantastic cabin. It was accurately described and was in a perfect location to hit all the main attractions of Big Bear. There was more than enough room for our party of 5 and the kids loved the game room. Instructions were clear and we really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of suggestions…. A lighter would be nice for the fireplace as when we arrived there was non, and the sofa and love seat were quite uncomfortable in the living room. I think upgrading to a more roomy and plush seating arrangement would make this place perfect. Thanks for a great stay.
