Description

Switzerland is a comfortable cabin to spend your days. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace in the winter season, and the forest views year round! This cabin is close to Bear Mountain and the new Alpine Zoo. Walking distance to the ski shuttle and just minutes to the lake or golf course.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful brick wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating to enjoy a cozy night in. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The first bedroom located upstairs has a king bed. The upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The upstairs third bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace in the spacious living room. Washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - This cabin also features a wrap-around deck with a charcoal barbecue. Plenty of outside seating included!

PARKING - 3-car driveway 

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Great 3 night stay in Switzerland cabin! Everything as described. Cute and cozy and close to everything. Check in was a breeze with Cool Cabins. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities needed and more. The three bedrooms were all upstairs along with a full bathroom. The downstairs living area was wonderful for gathering, playing games and watching TV/movies by fireside. There is a full sized washer and dryer and full bathroom down the hall off the living room. Loved the wrap around deck and all the front windows with a view through the pines to the slopes of both ski resorts. Wonderful stay for our family!

"Cozy Cabin"

Our three night stay was just perfect for our family. The cabin was wonderful, just as pictured with fun mountain decor. Check in was easy and the home was clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. The cabin is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and set among the fragrant pine trees with peekaboo views of both ski resorts from the wrap around deck. The first floor living room is a great place to gather and play games or watch a movie by the fireplace. Washer, dryer and full bathroom are down the hall and nicely a appointed kitchen. Loved opening all the windows and seeing the sun rise in the morning over the mountain. There are three private bedrooms are upstairs along with one bathroom. The beds are comfy with nice cozy blankets, and plenty of extras in the closets if needed. The heater is on the first floor and is a bit loud but heats the downstairs quickly and turns off. There are space heaters in the upstairs rooms but the bedding was warm enough that we didn’t need to use them. The cabin is close to both ski resorts and just a short drive to the lake, grocery stores and Big Bear Village. Loved our family getaway and hope to return again.

We really loved the location and the cabin was super cute. Living room was spacious and we loved that the bedrooms were separated from the living space. The beds were super firm which didn't make for the best nights sleep for us. But to each their own on the mattresses. Overall though we were satisfied and would recommend! Thank you!
