ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, twin/twin bunk bed, smart TV, and attached shared bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and attached shared bath. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Two large decks to take in the golf course and ski slope views. Lower deck with hot tub and upper deck with gas barbecue and outdoor seating.

 Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
