LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 4 bath. First master bedroom has a California king bed, TV, bath, and balcony. Second master bedroom has a California king bed, TV, bath, and deck. Third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Fourth bedroom has two full/full bunk beds and TV. Game room has a futon. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Sun room with indoor all season hot tub. Game room with pool table, foosball table, arcade games, poker table, and karaoke machine! Smart TVs with Roku, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture, gas barbecue, and gas fire pit. Enjoy the lower sunroom with a wet bar, mini fridge, and wood burning stove fireplace or relax on the massive back deck with stunning views of the ski slopes and Baker's Pond and Wildlife Preserve.

PARKING - 3 car driveway, 2 car garage parking, boat trailer parking with carport

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. 
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
Check in after 4 pm
