Description

Extensive deck and great views of the lake, forest, and ski slopes! Well-appointed two bedroom, two bath located near the top of Moonridge in close proximity to the slopes. Includes central AC and heat, a wood burning fireplace, cable TV, streaming apps, complimentary WiFi, board games and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. Deck with patio furniture and propane barbecue. Washer dryer available.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a convenient wood burning fireplace with gas starter, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. The downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The second downstairs bedroom has two sets of full/twin bunk beds and a TV. The living room has a sofa sleeper. Extra blankets and pillows are available. 

KITCHEN - Features a full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. TV's with cable and fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy fireplace after a day on the slopes in the winter season! Cool off in one if the few homes with AC on the mountain in summer!

OUTDOORS - Large decks with mountain views!

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.

No smoking
No pets allowed. This includes service dogs (the owner is severely allergic)
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

This place was really great. It’s a very clean, cozy, and comfortable cabin. The floor plan was perfect with the bedrooms down stairs and the living area upstairs. The balcony and windows have an awesome view, everything worked great in the house, and it’s not far from the city center at all. We would definitely book this place again.
