ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, bonus room, 1.5 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Bonus room has double/double bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Air fryer, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Keep yourself warm by the cozy wood burning fireplaces. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Fully fenced yard and front deck with barbecue. 

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
