ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, remote work area, and bathroom with jet tub. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed and TV. Upstairs third bedroom has two twin/twin bunk beds and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Arcade game machine, board games and card games. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Picnic table and gas barbecue. Enjoy the large, fully fenced backyard.

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)  
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)
