LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - A/C! TVs including a 55 inch, along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - 400 sq ft deck front deck, gas barbecue, patio furniture, picnic table. National Forest at the end of the street with access to Fern and Grand View trails.

PARKING - 1 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 3 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

Cool cabins was absolutely amazing. Even with a few minor issues they handled everything very effectively and efficiently. Communication was some of the best I've ever encountered. Highly recommend and will definitely be doing more business with them.
