Great woodsy cabin. Close to National Forest hiking trails. Perfect for small families with kids, pets or groups of friends! Walk to Bear Mountain and the golf course. 

LIVING SPACE - Comfy 1000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, ceiling fan, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has a double bed and double/twin bunkbed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertop, stainless steel appliances. stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENETIES - Smart TV's with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card, games. Laundry area with stack-able washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Deck with gas barbecue and patio furniture.

PARKING - 2 car driveway 

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)  
Check in after 4 pm
Check out before 11 am (before 10 am 11/20 - 2/28)

This was an amazing Cabin to stay in for the weekend. All the beds were comfortable and it was so clean. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Big Bear. It was the perfect weekend. Book this now!!!!

Our family had the best time at little bear cottage! It was such a cozy, quaint cabin with a great fireplace and so many fun board games. We loved drinking our coffee on the front porch and watching the snow. It was also only a 10 minute walk to the slopes! Can’t wait to come back soon!
