ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Upstairs master suite has a California king bed, fireplace, balcony, TV and bathroom. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, queen/full bunk bed and TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen/full bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove/oven, stainless steel double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table! Smart TVs with Roku, and streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games and card games. Relax in the indoor hot tub or near the cozy gas or wood burning fireplaces. Laundry room with washer only (no dryer).

OUTDOORS - Front and back deck with gas barbecue and fenced yard.

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Other things to note:
Minimum renter age: 21
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed
Check in after 4 pm

"Exceptional Stay"

We drove up and were impressed by the home’s appearance. Upon entering it was obviously clean and well kept. A well-furnished kitchen, large dining area, and comfortable family room provided a fun area for all of us to gather and enjoy our vacation. The beds were good and comfortable and the neighborhood allowed for quiet sleep. The location is perfect, convenient to shopping, two snow ski / board resorts, and other amenities. Would absolutely recommend a stay at the Avalon Retreat!
