ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The Master bedroom has a king bed, deck access, and attached bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Expansive granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
