ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, loft, 2 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs second bedroom has a twin bed. Upstairs loft has two double/twin bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Air hockey and Legends ultimate arcade game. Board games and card games. TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, with a movie library. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Front porch is inviting to entertain family and friends. Back deck with a hot tub and gas barbecue.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people (6 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed

"Highly recommend-We had a lovely time…"

Highly recommend-We had a lovely time celebrating my mom's 75th birthday at this cabin. It was helpful to have a bedroom and bathroom downstairs for her. Lots of room for kids upstairs in the loft. It was so nice to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and jacuzzi.
